Job summary

Kuvare is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Finance/Actuarial to define priorities and drive technology solutions across finance and actuarial functions. You will translate strategic objectives into a clear roadmap and backlog, leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders with strong communication and analytical skills.

The role requires a deep understanding of finance and actuarial processes, data, and systems, plus experience with Azure DevOps and cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, information systems, computer engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more (preferred 5+ years) of Product Management experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile development methodology and concepts.
• Experience in overseeing the design, development, and / or implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
• Industry experience in Financial Services and / or Insurance Services.
• Preferred experience using Azure DevOps for work item tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define priorities and drive delivery of technology solutions for Finance and Actuarial units.
• Translate objectives into a prioritized roadmap and actionable backlog.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
