Job summary

Kuvare Holdings seeks a Finance/Actuarial Technical Product Owner to define priorities and drive technology solutions for the Finance and Actuarial units. You will translate strategy into a roadmap, manage backlogs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven outcomes.

Strong communication, agile ownership, and Azure DevOps expertise are essential to align business needs with tech delivery and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems, computer engineering or equivalent.
• Five or more (preferred 5+ years) of Product Management experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience overseeing software/hardware solutions and products.
• Industry experience in Financial Services and/or Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Define priorities and drive delivery of technology solutions for Finance/Actuarial units.
• Translate strategic objectives into a prioritized roadmap and actionable backlog.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders to strategic goals.
• Communicate complex business/technical concepts clearly to all levels.
• Manage backlogs, requirements, stories, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, data engineers, and QA teams.
