Job summary

Aviation Specialties Unlimited (ASU) is seeking a detail-focused Accounting Clerk to support core accounting functions across AR, AP, contracts administration, and revenue analytics. You will work with the Director of Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate transactions, compliant documentation, and timely month-end close.

This role offers exposure to multiple finance areas and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months accounting experience.
• 6–12 months ERP experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate accounting data in the ERP system.
• Assist accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Support month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and documentation.
• Assist with contract administration and document control.
• Analyze sales and revenue data to support reporting and decision making.
