Sandisk invites new college graduates to join its Finance & Accounting Rotation Program, with opportunities across Business Finance, Corporate FP&A, Operations Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Tax and Internal Audit.

Graduates for May/June 2027 will rotate across roles to build broad experience before settling into a specialty, while developing data analytics, AI-enabled automation and presentation skills for senior leadership.

Qualifications

New College Graduates with a focus in Accounting and/or Finance, Business, and Econ graduating May/June 2027.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify large data sets into actionable insights.
Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Power BI proficiency.
Data Automation.
Interest and acumen in leveraging and implementing AI tools to drive efficiency.
Ability to redesign processes around automation and AI rather than simply applying AI into workflows.
Ability to create and deliver effective presentations for senior management.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across large, cross-functional teams.
Strong critical thinking and independent problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

This rotation program enables you to work in different capacities across various functions before dedicating to one role.
You will contribute hands-on alongside Finance & Accounting teams and develop professional skills within Sandisk.
