Qualifications

• New College Graduates with a focus in Accounting and/or Finance, Business, and Econ graduating in May/June 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Right to work in the U.S. without requiring Sandisk to sponsor an immigration case.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with and simplify large data sets into actionable insights.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Power BI proficiency.
• Data Automation.
• Interest and acumen in leveraging and implementing AI tools to drive efficiency.
• Ability to redesign processes around automation and AI rather than simply applying AI into workflows.
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations for senior management.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across large, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Finance & Accounting Rotation Program across multiple functions before dedicating to one role.
• Rotate through areas such as Business Finance, Corporate FP&A, Operations Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, and Internal Audit.
• Develop broad financial and business acumen while delivering value in each rotation.
