GeoStabilization International (GSI) and its platform partners seek a Corporate Recruiter for their Westminster, CO headquarters in a hybrid role (three days in the office: Tue–Thu). You will own full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions, with a focus on accounting and finance, partnering with C-suite and department leaders to attract top talent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
2–4 years of professional recruiting experience in finance/accounting and corporate functions.
Proven full-cycle recruiting experience with track record in hiring high-impact talent.
Strong finance/accounting competency (GAAP, reporting, controls).
Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and executives.
Proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms; data-driven with KPI discipline.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions, especially accounting and finance.
Build trusted relationships with department heads and executives.
Combine active and passive sourcing to attract top-tier candidates.
Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding in a streamlined process.
