Coda Search in NYC is seeking an Accounting and Finance Recruiter to join our Finance Search team. Whether you're an Associate or at the Director level, this is an opportunity to work alongside top producers and experienced leadership.

This role thrives on recruiting finance candidates, prospecting new clients, and negotiating terms. We offer an aggressive commission structure, deep training, and access to powerful tools to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in full desk, permanent placement A&F recruiting.
• Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with high caliber candidates and clients, including many top tier financial services firms.
• Recruit top candidates and manage the entire placement process.
• Prospect and sign new client partners and account manage searches
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate screens (in-person, virtual and phone)
• Learn to identify qualifying backgrounds to jobs by researching internal ATS, social media and great tools provided by Coda Search
• Keep up to date on ongoing trends and hiring needs; attending conferences, events, etc.
• Implement ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the team and company.
