International Motors, LLC in Lisle, Illinois, offers the FALD program—a three-year rotational path through Accounting, Finance and Operations designed to accelerate early careers in a global mobility company. The program supports two start dates each year: January and June/July.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (or pursuing) with specialization in Finance/Accounting/Economics.
• Master’s Degree or in process is acceptable for some tracks.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month rotations in finance/accounting functions across the company.
• Work on meaningful projects impacting business performance and strategy.
• Learn from senior leaders and experts in finance/accounting.
• Gain cross-functional experience to enhance professional growth.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

OR

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Will obtain degree prior to first day of employment

OR

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economic
• Master’s Degree or Master’s Degree in process

Additional Requirements

• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
