Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Available for 11–14 weeks during Summer 2027 (May–September).
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and an interest in applying AI to solve business challenges.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate insights to diverse audiences.
• Strong interest in corporate finance, technology, AI, and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Developing an understanding of Qualcomm's business operations, financial processes, and reporting tools.
• Utilizing data analytics skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support financial and business decision-making.
• Leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to improve reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
• Transforming data into dashboards, visualizations, and financial models that deliver actionable insights.
• Creating executive-ready presentations and recommendations for finance and business leaders.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance processes.
• Supporting day-to-day finance functions including the quarterly close process, ad-hoc projects, and financial planning.
• Participating in a cross-functional intern consulting project focused on emerging technology or strategic opportunity.
