Job summary

U.S. Venture seeks an Accounting & Finance Intern for the Summer 2027 internship program at our Corporate Office in Appleton, WI. You will participate in day-to-day accounting and finance activities and contribute to team projects within the U.S. Energy division.

The program runs May–August 2027; relocation is not specified. Ideal candidates are active in accounting or finance majors and possess strong Excel/Word skills with customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a junior or senior in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end/year-end (analysis, journal entries, reconciliations, etc.).
• Support the finance team in developing operational analyses.
• Help pull/develop support for both internal and external audit requests.
• Work with the internal audit team to maintain the internal control framework.
• Project work focused on analysis or process improvements.
