Job summary

Work Arrangements

Hybrid – onsite a minimum of 9 days a month, primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; may be more as business needs require.

In This Role You Will:

• Receive personalized training and assist with responsibilities including reporting and reconciliation processes, analyzing results to explain performance drivers, supporting forecasting and budgeting, collaborating cross‑functionally, streamlining processes using data tools, and translating analysis into actionable insights for decision‑makers.
• Contribute meaningful work alongside analysts, managers, directors, and executives.
• Develop an overall understanding of corporate finance.
• Take on flow to the work assignments across a variety of finance departments.

What We Are Looking For:

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing in school with requisite educational experience in accounting, finance, actuarial science, analytics, statistics, economics, mathematics, or another relevant field.
• Well‑rounded skill set including strong time‑management, attention to detail, written and oral communication, teamwork skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.
