Job summary

Gore offers a summer intern program in Accounting or Finance across facilities in Newark, DE; Elkton, MD; Flagstaff, AZ; and Phoenix, AZ. Interns will apply finance fundamentals to real projects and collaborate with Gore Accounting and Finance teams to support strategic plans.

You will analyze financial data, develop reporting and dashboards, and learn about accounting standards and regulatory requirements in a team‑oriented, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of at least the junior year in a bachelor's program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Math, or Data Science
• Enthusiasm for applying financial concepts to real-world challenges
• Ability to build relationships and foster inclusion
• Demonstrated curiosity and initiative to learn
• Good judgment to navigate ambiguity and correct errors

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and financial data including P&L and balance sheet
• Develop financial reporting of actual performance vs. plan with variance explanations
• Use KPIs to track performance
• Apply financial modeling to evaluate opportunities and resource allocation
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for conveying results
