Job description

Nasdaq Private Market ("NPM"), an independent, private company, is the premier provider of secondary liquidity solutions for private companies and offers a marketplace to provide liquidity to individual private company shareholders. NPM provides innovative, end-to-end solutions to enable seamless transactions for private companies, private equity, and other private assets. The company operates in a fast-paced fintech environment that is constantly evolving.

Nasdaq Private Market provides liquidity, wealth and data solutions for private companies, employees, and investors throughout each stage of the pre-IPO lifecycle. Since inception over a decade ago, NPM has executed more than $80 billion in transactional volume for 200,000+ individual eligible employee shareholders and investors across 1,000+ company-sponsored liquidity programs. Founded within Nasdaq, Inc. in 2013, today NPM is an independent private company with strategic investments from Nasdaq, Allen & Company, Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Cerity, Citi, DRW Venture Capital, Goldman Sachs, HiJoJo Partners, Morgan Stanley, Optiver, UBS, and Wells Fargo.

NPM’s primary products include Liquidity Solutions, Investment Platform, Capital Solutions, Settlement, Data and Analytics as well as Wealth Connect. Its Liquidity Solutions business supports private companies using proprietary technology to facilitate tenders, auctions, and pre-direct listing programs. NPM’s next-generation investment platform and electronic trading marketplace is bringing transparency and efficiency to the block trading of private shares for employees and investors with a model fully aligned with the interests of private companies. The company’s Capital Solutions team originates and executes investments through block trades, tender offers, single-asset funds, primary capital raises, and bespoke institutional transactions, for both the companies bringing them to market and the investors backing them. Its Settlement technology streamlines the complex, burdensome process of post-match workflows for companies and trading counterparties. NPM’s data product aims to deliver on the market’s need for actionable insights into trading activity and private company data for investors. Wealth Connect helps identify wealth management resources for shareholders who transact on the NPM platform.
