UFP is an important link in the medical device supply chain and a valued outsource partner to most of the top medical device manufacturers in the world. The Company’s single-use and single-patient devices and components are used in a wide range of medical devices and packaging for minimally invasive surgery, infection prevention, wound care, wearables, orthopedic soft goods, and orthopedic implants.
This position will be on-site full-time in Chicopee, MA. The position holder will need to be within commuting distance (within 45 min).

The Site Controller is responsible for managing the finance and accounting operations of UFP Technologies, located in Chicopee, MA. This position leads the financial and accounting organizations, including general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, etc., and is responsible for managing the team so that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position is also responsible for inventory accounting, supporting the site on cost accounting, financial analysis, assisting with budgeting, forecasting and modeling financial performance. This position reports to the General Manager and dotted line to the VP Corporate Controller. The Site Controller collaborates with the site’s leadership teams and with the Corporate Financial organization.
