Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and standard inspection methods.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection of finished products against drawings, specs, and work orders.
• Conduct visual, dimensional, functional, and performance checks with gauges and test equipment.
• Verify packaging, labeling, serialization, and lot/batch identification for accuracy.
• Apply sampling plans (e.g., AQL, ANSI/ASQ Z1.4) and inspection procedures consistently.
• Identify, segregate, and tag defective products; document non-conformances and CAPA.
• Complete inspection reports, certificates of conformance, and release documentation.
