Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in Fremont, California is seeking a Final PCBA Quality Inspector to perform final and incoming inspections of PCBAs and electronic assemblies against IPC-A-610 standards. The role requires 3+ years of inspection experience, reading engineering drawings, and using microscopes, calipers, micrometers, multimeters, and gauges.

ERP/MRP experience and meticulous documentation are essential, with pay at $32–$40 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years PCBA/electronics inspection experience.
Experience with microscope inspection of PCBAs and assemblies.
Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
ERP/MRP systems experience and strong documentation skills.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

Perform final inspection of PCBAs, electronics assemblies, and finished products.
Inspect solder joints, component placement, and workmanship using microscopes.
Verify workmanship to IPC-A-610 standards and product specs.
Inspect for cosmetic, dimensional, and functional defects.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specs.
Use microscopes, calipers, micrometers, multimeters, and gauges to verify conformance.
Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming material.
Process inspection and inventory transactions in ERP systems.
Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
