Position Objective

In this role, you will perform critical assembly operations to finalize the packaging of heart valve devices and other components. Responsibilities include visual inspection, sterilization, testing, packaging, and labeling of products according to written guidelines. The ideal candidate should have a keen attention to detail, proficiency in repetitive assembly tasks, and a commitment to high standards of quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Originate documentation and print Final Packaging labels for product processing and traceability.
  • Operate equipment as per written procedures, including:
    • Level 1 sterilization / autoclave equipment
    • DYMO LabelWriter printer
    • Thermal, laser, and tracker feed printers
    • Automated Label Inspection System
    • Pressure Recorder System
    • Heat shrink oven
    • Pouch sealer
    • Peel test equipment
  • Understand and adhere to line clearance practices, maintaining product identification and traceability.
  • Monitor and document sterilization results via data output for parametric release.
  • Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly.
  • Follow safety practices to ensure self and others' safety.
  • Identify and suggest solutions to problems in daily processes.
  • Work in a clean room or shop environment, which may include cooler temperatures, noise, dust, and odors.

  • Two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 2:30 pm.
