Job Description

At Final Pack, we work as a team, collaborating and helping each other to meet the needs of our three main customers: Planning, Shipping, and Warehouse.

Our key focus: Maintain or increase efficiency while ensuring high-quality products and a safe environment, delivering pieces on time in full.

Qualifications:

  • Technical education in Mechanics.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as a machine operator, preferably with high-speed production lines and line leadership experience.
  • Preferred experience with manual processing of cardboard.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong math skills; ability to read tape measures, understand, and convert fractions and decimals.
  • Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with manufacturing computers (Easy HMI, electronic settings, troubleshooting faults and alarms).
  • Experience with minor mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Physical ability to lift/pull/push 50 lbs. up to 50% of the shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for prolonged periods, up to 12 hours/day.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

  • Hours: 7 am - 7 pm on a 2-2-3 schedule.
  • Pay: $20.70/hr.
