Job summary

Accurus Aerospace Tulsa seeks a Final Operations Manager to lead Processing, Paint, Assembly, and Shipping, driving on-time delivery, labor productivity, and cost performance. You will partner with Planning and Program Management to meet customer commitments while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires 7–10+ years in manufacturing operations, 3–5+ years leading teams, aerospace or regulated environments, and strong ERP/data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in lieu of degree considered.
• Master’s degree preferred (engineering management or MBA).
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Final Operations across Processing, Paint, Assembly, and Shipping.
• Execute production schedules and resolve disruptions to maintain flow.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost across areas.
• Provide operational visibility and KPI reporting to leadership.
• Mentor and develop supervisors, leads, and hourly teams.
