Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relations with vendors, stores, independent contractors.
• Ensures follow up on shipping discrepancies and damaged goods.
• Dispatches trucks using GPS technology.
• Oversees in-home delivery for customers.
• Maintains monthly operating reports including statistics and customer service scores.
• Supervises hourly on-site staff handling day-to-day operations.
• Addresses complaints and resolves problems.
