Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of distribution center experience.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency with Google applications, MS Word & Excel.
• Final Mile/Home Delivery or Furniture experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and lead distribution center associates.
• Assist with interview and selection of new associates.
• Conduct performance evaluations and reviews.
• Implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Perform safety observations and coach associates on procedures.
