Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Specialist to bring purchased merchandise to customers within the assigned market. You will focus on safe, timely deliveries, building trusted relationships and offering seasoned advice to ensure a Legendary Customer Experience.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to move heavy merchandise with manual handling equipment. This on-site position may involve evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• DOT Medical Card as required.
• Must be 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver purchased merchandise to customers on schedule.
• Operate and maintain delivery vehicle and equipment safely.
• Load, unload and organize products efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Keep accurate delivery records and communicate with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues as needed.
• Coordinate with field sales and store personnel to meet customer needs.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or inquiries as required.
