CHEMICAL METHODS ASSOCIATES INC. is seeking a Cleaner/Labeler/Packager to prepare newly manufactured machines for shipment. The role focuses on cleaning, labeling, and securing packaging according to quality and safety standards.

You will perform visual inspections, apply labels and serial numbers, and package machines to withstand storage and transit on the manufacturing floor. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, able to lift up to 45 lbs, and comfortable working in a fast-paced

Reliable and punctual.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 45 lbs; perform repetitive tasks.
Comfortable working on a manufacturing floor with PPE.

Responsibilities

Clean finished machines to remove dust, debris, fingerprints, and residue.
Perform final visual inspections to ensure machines meet appearance and quality standards.
Apply correct labels, decals, serial numbers, and documentation to machines.
Package machines using approved materials to prevent damage.
Secure machines to pallets using banding, wrapping, and protective materials.
Follow production schedules and shipping priorities.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Report defects, damage, or missing components to the Production Supervisor.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
