Final Inspector

Job Purpose:

Support electrical testing and final inspection processes, including in-process inspection of thru-hole, surface mount, and fine pitch bare printed circuit boards by reworking and inspecting non-conforming products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Inspection and Quality supervisors on priorities and interface with engineering, final inspection, electrical test support, and shop management.
• Perform final inspection and rework tasks.

Education and Experience:

• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Ability to perform small removal, soldering, rework, and touch-up.
• Proficient with microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Inspect products for conformance to specifications.
• Read customer blueprints, hole charts, and tolerance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range:

$47,469.00 - $54,080.00 annually. Actual base pay depends on experience, education, certifications, and skills. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays, PTO, and possibly stock awards and bonuses.
