Job summary

North Star Insurance Advisors, LLC, a leading final expense telesales company in the U.S., connects agents with pre-qualified seniors entirely over the phone using our proprietary inbound lead platform. We provide mentorship, a defined career path, licensing and testing paid for, and a collaborative culture that values growth, teamwork, and results.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with no nights or weekends, earning $20/hour plus uncapped bonuses, with benefits including 401(k)

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for serving seniors and meeting their insurance needs.
• Dedication, discipline, and a willingness to grow and learn.
• Strong organizational skills, energy, and a positive mindset.
• Technical proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work Monday – Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with no nights or weekends.

• Represent North Star Insurance Advisors, one of the largest and fastest-growing final expense telesales companies in the U.S.
• Speak directly to seniors who call us and are already pre-qualified and transferred to you.
• Help families find peace of mind and financial security with our life insurance products, completely over-the-phone.
