The role offers a base pay + commissions with first-year targets around $60,000 and many top agents earning well over $100k. No lead purchasing required, with extensive incentives and advancement opportunities across divisions.

Qualifications

• Commission-based role with uncapped earnings potential.
• Must have active Life, Accident & Health license.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; telesales preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities
