Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking a Final Quality Auditor for the 2nd shift (6PM–6AM, Mon–Thu). You will inspect finished goods, verify appearance, measurements, functionality and packaging, and ensure compliance with customer specs and internal check sheets.

The role requires 2+ years in quality inspection or manufacturing auditing, preferably in automotive, with knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. You will document findings, support audits, and identify quality improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing auditing, preferably automotive.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect defects.
• Ability to read and interpret inspection check sheets and work instructions.
• Familiarity with basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
