Marvin is seeking a Final Assembly - Production Associate to help build made-to-order doors at our Ripley, TN facility. This hands-on role requires standing, lifting, and using hand and power tools to assemble products following precise instructions.

You'll work as part of a team focused on safety, quality, and craftsmanship, with cross-training opportunities, a supportive benefits package, and opportunities to contribute to a family-owned company with a long history in North America.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; preferred but not required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble made-to-order products.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen.
• Build skills through cross-training opportunities.
