Custom Truck One Source, Inc. in Elk Point, SD seeks a Final Assembly Technician for the 2nd shift to assemble components per detailed instructions and blueprints, ensuring quality and safety compliance.

You will inspect finished products, use hand and power tools safely, and keep the workspace organized while collaborating with teammates to meet daily production targets and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and parts according to detailed instructions, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies and report any issues to supervisors.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Document assembly processes and complete required production reports accurately.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate suggestions to management.
