Job summary

Hardman Signs is seeking a detail-oriented Final Assembler in Houston, TX to join the manufacturing team. You will handle the final integration of signs, ensuring correct electrical and mechanical assembly and applying a high-quality finish prior to delivery.

Responsibilities include interpreting shop drawings, using hand and power tools, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to collaborate with a diverse production team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or signage environment preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for precision assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pylon covers, monument signs, and custom cabinets, ensuring all components align.
• Perform finishing tasks and secure hardware for a client-ready finish.
• Read and interpret drawings to ensure design specs are met.
• Support final product quality control and safety in the assembly area.
