This position will partner closely with Cloud Engineering, Architecture, Finance, Procurement, IT Business Management, and application teams to drive financial accountability across FNBO's cloud and consumption-based technology platforms. This role will focus primarily on Amazon Web Services (AWS) as FNBO's primary cloud platform, while also managing cost optimization and forecasting for consumption-based SaaS platforms including Snowflake, Dynatrace, and emerging AI/ML services. Cloud & SaaS Cost Optimization & Controls
  • Execute and track cost optimization initiatives across AWS, including right-sizing, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, capacity planning, and service tier selection
  • Govern SaaS spend optimization for platforms such as Snowflake, Dynatrace, and other consumption-based vendors
  • Analyze usage patterns and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency without degrading capability or performance
  • Define and enforce tagging and metadata standards to support cost allocation, chargeback/show back, and financial accountability
  • Monitor cloud and SaaS commitments, track utilization, and recommend adjustments to maximize savings
  • Identify and remediate cost anomalies, waste, and inefficiencies through proactive monitoring and alerting
AI Cost Management & Forecasting

  • Develop and maintain AI token usage tracking, forecasting models, and cost attribution across teams and use cases
  • Partner with data science, engineering, and platform teams to understand AI workload cost drivers and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Support the measurement of annualized efficiency gains from AI adoption as part of FNBO's AI & Data strategic goals
