Qualifications

• 2-4 years of lab industry experience in R&D or quality function.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor of Science or technical degree in chemistry, material science, engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, execute, and evaluate research and development projects with limited supervision.
• Develop innovative filtration products, processes, and technologies from concepts to prototypes and validation.
• Design and perform laboratory and pilot-scale testing with hands-on data collection and analysis.
• Lead customer application testing and technical service projects for filtration and process challenges.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including validation protocols and SOPs.
