At FrieslandCampina, every team member plays an important role in producing high-quality dairy ingredients trusted by our customers around the world.

We're looking for experienced manufacturing professionals who enjoy working with specialized processing equipment and understand the importance of food safety, quality, and consistency.

As a Filtration Operator, you'll operate advanced membrane filtration systems used to produce premium dairy ingredients. This is a skilled manufacturing position best suited for individuals with experience in food, dairy, beverage, or ingredient manufacturing who enjoy monitoring production processes, solving problems, and producing high-quality products every day.

If you're looking to take the next step in your manufacturing career with a global dairy leader, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Filtration Operator, you'll safely operate and monitor advanced membrane filtration systems while ensuring every product meets our high standards for quality, food safety, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

Operate specialized filtration systems used to process dairy ingredients.

Monitor temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and product concentrations throughout the production process.

Make routine process adjustments to maintain product quality and maximize production efficiency.

Complete production records, quality checks, and batch documentation accurately.

Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they impact production.

Clean and sanitize processing equipment using established cleaning procedures (CIP).

Follow all food safety, quality, environmental, and workplace safety standards.

What We're Looking For
What you bring:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.

Previous experience working in food, dairy, beverage, ingredient, or similar process manufacturing.

Ability to follow written procedures, food safety requirements, and workplace safety standards.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable attendance and a dependable work ethic.

It’d be even better if you have:

Experience operating filtration, evaporation, separation, or other liquid processing equipment.

Experience working in a GMP or SQF-regulated food manufacturing environment.

Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience.

Technical or vocational education related to manufacturing or industrial operations.

Don't meet every qualification? We’d still like to hear from you. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy hands-on work, we encourage you to apply.

What Success Looks Like

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how a production process works, not just operating equipment.

Our most successful Filtration Operators are people who:

Take pride in producing safe, high-quality food products.

Understand the importance of sanitation and food safety.

Enjoy monitoring equipment and making process adjustments.

Think ahead and solve problems before they become larger issues.
