Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year in a leadership role; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of filter/assembly procedures required.
• Ability to direct daily department operations and manage costs.
• Ability to track production numbers and complete reports.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/64 inch.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
