Job Overview:

The Filta Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing service efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction, potentially across multiple locations. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of Filtas services and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate should have the following qualities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Ability to coach, mentor, and oversee service technicians and support staff.
  • Operational Efficiency: Skilled in optimizing workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to enhance service delivery.
  • Customer Relations & Service Quality: Ensures that all customer interactions are positive and that service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Proactively addresses operational challenges and implements effective solutions.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforces strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Technical & Mechanical Knowledge: Familiarity with kitchen equipment, filtration systems, and service-related technology.
  • Financial & Budget Management: Ability to manage costs, improve efficiency, and drive profitability.
  • Knowledge of Commercial Kitchens or Ability to Learn Quickly: Understands kitchen operations and Filtas role in enhancing sustainability and efficiency.
  • Valid Drivers License & Reliable Transportation: Comfortable traveling to meet clients and conduct site visits in either a personal vehicle or commercial vehicle.
Education:
  • Associate's degree with relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree minimum
Additional Information:
  • Training will be provided as needed to ensure you are well-equipped to perform your duties effectively.

$18-22
