Position Status: X Exempt
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours
Direct Report: Creative Director
Ministry Creative Resourcing Team

Primary Responsibilities

• Management of all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production for Bayside Film Team
• Oversee and provide leadership for the Film Team including, but not limited to:
  • Communication of vision and creative direction
  • Assignment of projects to Filmmakers in collaboration with Director of Creative Operations
  • Coordination of production schedules
  • Personal encouragement and professional development
• Ensure all film projects are executed with consistency, creativity, and excellence
• Manage film budget and allocate resources
• Brainstorm and provide creative ideas and direction for the development of film projects and film team operations
• Stay up to date with industry trends in order to continue to stretch our craft and creativity
• Recruit and lead a volunteer team of 3-5 members
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Lead film projects as needed
• Industry knowledge and technical expertise required
