Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) is seeking staff to circulate film and video production resources for four academic programs within the JHU-MICA Film centre. The role includes check-in/out, equipment maintenance, and on-site support for faculty and students.

Qualifications

  • Experience handling high-end camera and A/V equipment.
  • Willingness to learn lab-monitoring techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the check-in and check-out of production equipment and facilities.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot video and film production equipment.
  • Use WebCheckout to track equipment and facility usage.
  • Assist faculty and students with on-site production and post-production needs.
  • Provide technical and classroom support as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
