Job summary

MSI Express is seeking a Machine Operator to safely run filling equipment and pace the line to meet efficiency standards. You will adjust timing to ensure correct weight/volume per quality specs, weigh samples every 15 minutes, and maintain packing quality integrity.

Maintain a clean GMP-compliant area and report malfunctions to supervision. Follow all safety policies and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and reach during shift.
• Have eye, hand, and foot coordination to use equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pass all company testing.
• Previous experience on a production line with filler equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate filler equipment and maintain speeds to pace the line.
• Adjust timing to ensure correct weight/volume per specs.
• Weigh a sample every 15 minutes to check accuracy.
• Maintain packaging quality integrity.
• Report malfunctions to the production supervisor immediately.
• Keep a clean, GMP-compliant work area.
• Follow all company manufacturing and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.
