MSI Express is seeking a qualified Machine Operator to safely run filling equipment and keep a high standard of product quality. The role focuses on setting speeds, adjusting timing, and maintaining accurate weights per specifications.

You will monitor sample weights, ensure packaging quality, maintain a clean GMP-compliant area, and promptly report any malfunctions to the supervisor. Overtime may be required, and duties include additional tasks as assigned.

Formación

• Overtime capability
• Follow procedures and safety rules
• Read, understand and follow directions
• Stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, sit frequently
• Eye/hand/foot coordination to use equipment
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Previous production line experience with filler equipment

Responsabilidades

• Maintain filler speeds and adjust timing to pace the line.
• Check accuracy by weighing samples every 15 minutes or as specified.
• Ensure packaging quality integrity.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the production supervisor immediately.
• Keep a clean, GMP-compliant work area and follow company safety policies.
• Fulfill responsibilities for Food Safety and Quality within your influence.
