Job summary

MSI Express, INC is seeking a Machine Operator to safely run filling equipment and pace the production line to meet efficiency standards. You will adjust timing for proper weight/volume per quality specs, perform regular sample checks, and maintain packaging quality integrity.

The role requires ability to work overtime, follow procedures, and maintain GMP standards while supporting food safety and quality initiatives. Training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Read, understand, and follow directions.
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods.
• Coordinate eye-hand-foot for equipment usage.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Experience on a production line with filler equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain filler speeds and adjust timing to pace the line.
• Check accuracy by weighing a sample every 15 minutes.
• Ensure packaging quality integrity throughout duties.
• Report malfunctions to the production supervisor immediately.
• Keep a clean, organized work area per GMP.
• Follow all company policies including safety practices.
• Support food safety and quality within their influence.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.
