Job summary

MSI Express is seeking a Machine Operator to safely operate filling equipment and pace the line according to efficiency standards. You will adjust timing to ensure accurate weight/volume and maintain packaging quality in a GMP environment.

The role requires reliability, ability to follow directions, and physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work on a production line. Candidates must be able to work overtime and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Overtime flexibility required.
• Follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach and lift during shift.
• Good eye-hand-foot coordination for equipment use.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous production line experience with filler equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set filler speeds to pace the line per efficiency standards.
• Adjust timing to ensure proper weight/volume of product.
• Weigh samples every 15 minutes to verify accuracy.
• Maintain packaging quality integrity.
• Report malfunctions to supervisor immediately.
• Keep work area clean and compliant with GMP.
• Adhere to company safety and manufacturing policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
