Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Marion, NC is seeking a Fill or Pouch Operator to join the Production Team. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable and a strong team player who can contribute to meeting production goals.

You will set up and operate pouch and filling machines, ensure labeling accuracy, and maintain safety and quality standards. This is a first-shift, full-time role with weekly pay and opportunities for skills advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs frequently.
• Ability to understand written and safety qualifications, as well as review color differences.
