Job Description

This is a full-time night shift position working on a rotating schedule from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operate and monitor production filler equipment to ensure food safety and product quality.
2. Set up, operate, and clean filler machines safely and efficiently.
3. Perform sterilization and cleaning procedures (SIP, CIP).
4. Conduct basic maintenance tasks and participate in troubleshooting and line adjustments.
5. Handle changeovers and ensure correct packaging and coding.
6. Report quality issues and maintain accurate documentation and logs.
7. Monitor inventory and production levels for efficiency.
8. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
9. Participate in shift exchanges and team meetings.
10. Meet production goals while minimizing waste and downtime.
11. Report safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
12. Identify Critical Control Points (CCP).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to obtain Lockout Tagout (LOTO) certification.
