Job summary

Cumberland Dairy, a farmer-owned DFA brand, seeks a Filler Operator to run extended shelf-life filling lines, maintain and set up equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure GMP compliance while meeting daily deadlines.

This role features a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with night shift 6pm-6:30am or day shift 6am-6:30pm, starting at $21/hour, plus benefits including 401(k), healthcare, vacation, and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate extended shelf-life filler and set up equipment.
• Maintain GMP-compliant operations and meet daily deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and troubleshoot issues.
