We are currently seeking a dedicated Filler Operator (Swing or Graveyard Shift) to join our winning team at our Fresno, CA branch. The Filler Operator will be responsible for demonstrating the Producers Dairy Core Values and carrying out our purpose of Nourishing Lives.The Filler Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a blow mold machine while maintaining the highest quality standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in Producers Dairy Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities.
• Owning and promoting a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.
• Maintain quality standards for all products packaged using good manufacturing practices.
• Maintain highest efficiency possible based on standards set by company policy.
• Maintain proper weights, code dates, quantity ordered, top and bottom leak detection check, and gable seal checks on all products bottled.
• Taste all products to be bottled prior to starting that run for good, clean flavor.
• Sanitize filler every 30 minutes.
• Check butterfat of all white milk products prior to run.
• Maintain accurate records of all production run time, weight, downtime, temperature of products run, and packaging material dumped.
• Maintains professional and appropriate dress, hygiene and personal appearance.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Hourly Range: $24.01 - $26.68
