Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking a Plant Production team member for our Beloit facility. You will follow the production schedule, coordinate transfers, and help maintain equipment and cleanliness on the floor.

The role requires basic math, strong organizational skills, and the ability to read and communicate in English. A conditioning environment with safety-first policies is emphasized, including lifting up to 50 lbs and collaborating with maintenance and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Minimum one year in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Certification: LOTO certified; Better Process Control School certification post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow production schedule and adjust to avoid downtime.
• Plan and schedule transfers and CIP with Operators and Blenders.
• Maintain and clean equipment and work area; uphold 5S standards.
