Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Beloit, WI is hiring a Filler Operator for a 6pm-6:30am 2-2-3 rotation to operate and monitor dairy filler equipment, ensuring food safety and product quality. You will set up, operate, and clean filler machines, run SIP/CIP, and perform basic PMs while maintaining logs and adhering to GMPs.

The role requires strong English communication, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a dedication to meeting production goals with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Must work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Willingness to perform basic preventative maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor dairy filler equipment to ensure safety and quality.
• Set up, operate, and clean filler machines; perform SIP/CIP as required.
• Conduct line changeovers and packaging/coding preparations for next item.
• Document quality checks, CCPs, and line logs accurately.
• Assist with startup, troubleshooting, and line troubleshooting as needed.
• Report malfunctions and maintain a clean, organized work area.
