Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months experience in a manufacturing environment operating production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Move juice from run tank to the filler and maintain temperature control charts, meeting CCPs and completing required washes.
• Operate filler equipment to optimize production line run time.
• Monitor bottle flow, clear jams and alert maintenance to malfunctions.
• Retrieve caps and fill cap hopper; adjust filler speed for smooth workflow.
• Perform changeovers on filler, rinser and depal; adjust rails and timing.
• Conduct product quality tests and sample at run start to ensure standards.
• Record changes on pasteurizer and fill-tank charts; track formula yield.
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure proper wash processes per guides.
