Job Opening: Filler Operator at Purity Dairies, Nashville

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $1000 after completing the first 90 days of employment!

Schedule

2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, with Saturdays as needed.

Role and Responsibilities

• Operate filling machines and make necessary adjustments for safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
• Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Maintain communication with other departments and management regarding production concerns.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and in accordance with SOPs.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and communicate effectively across departments.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 6 months of related experience
• Ability to perform basic math operations
• Ability to stand, walk, push, or pull for most of the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Willingness to work in a wet environment with dust, gas, or fumes
• Flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
