Qualifications

• Minimum required qualifications for the role include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months experience in a manufacturing environment operating production equipment.
• Analytical and decision–making skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task; strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Move juice from run tank to the filler and maintain accurate temperature control charts.
• Attend the filler to optimize production-line run time.
• Monitor bottle flow, clear jams and notify maintenance of malfunctions.
• Retrieve bottle caps and manage cap hopper.
• Adjust filler speed to maintain proper workflow.
• Perform equipment inspections and minor adjustments on the line.
• Handle changeovers on filler, rinser and depal with proper setup.
• Conduct required product quality tests and sample products for conformance.
